We take care of everything from event booking, venue finding and delivery on the day in our 3 main packages.


Venue Search

Taking your brief, budget and vision for your event we scope venues that fit. We consider the wow factor, your brand feel and pricing/ value for money.We present options for consideration and when you are happy we take care of booking, deposits and checking contracts to protect you. We follow up closer to your event with a hand over between you and the event venue ready for your day.

End To End Events

This is our Total Eclipse package, picking up all the wonderful parts of the on–the–day coordination, but with this we can add venue search, supplier search and coordination. We offer ticket and budget management as well as advice on selling those tickets and marketing strategy.This is your one stop shop to an event, which is stress free –taken care ofand will show your business and brand at it’s best. With careful thought to your client experience and communications throughout. This service will truly elevate you from ‘average’ to ‘excellent’.

On-The-Day Coordination

From a briefing call two weeks prior to your event, we take over the rest.This service includes set up of your events space, consultation with you regarding your Vision and for the event. We manage the flow of participants the 4Dexperience, the registration.We look after the speaker, testing all equipment and set up and take care of your delegates throughout the say. We are on hand for troubleshooting, note taking and then take down at the end of your day. We round of with a debrief and report for improvement, for note for the delegates and follow up requests. Do not accept an ‘OK’ event, expect seamless.
